CLAUDE WATERMARK REMOVER · CALLBACK TEST
Can cleaning produce an empty result that Copy still accepts?
Yes. A source containing only U+200B becomes empty, and the tested cleaner enables Copy. The clipboard mock receives an empty string.
What the test establishes
The single marker is one selected removable code point. Its deletion leaves zero characters and no replacement text. The code enables the copy button after every completed clean, rather than checking for visible output. A blank result can therefore be a valid transformation, even though a destination that requires content may reject it.
Reproduce the observation
Save tested-app.js and reproduce.cjs together, then run node reproduce.cjs. Compare its output with the recorded observation. The harness executes the actual homepage callback in a minimal DOM and records its resulting field values and method calls. File-like objects and clipboard responses are controlled substitutes. Runtime: v24.22.1. No submitted text or genuine Claude output is used.

}Capability boundary
An empty clipboard argument in a mock does not prove the operating-system clipboard was cleared. We leave the system clipboard untouched. This page tests the cleaner-to-copy handoff rather than fallback operators or required-field validation, which have separate guides.
This Claude watermark remover edits a small selected character set. These callback observations do not establish authorship, detector scores, statistical-watermark removal or end-to-end browser behavior. For real work, keep the original and compare the exact result at its destination.
Primary material and next step
The tested first-party source snapshot and complete harness are the primary material for this page. For broader scope, read invisible Unicode versus AI watermarks, or return to the cleaner.
